Methodology and Limitations

This page explains how the Love Type Test is calculated and where its interpretation stops.

Scoring

Each question presents two statements and a six-position heart scale. Answers are grouped into four relationship dimensions, then combined into a four-letter type code. The result is descriptive, not a clinical measurement.

Interpretation

Descriptions are written as prompts for self-reflection and conversation. People may answer differently in different relationships or at different times.

Limitations

The framework is inspired by MBTI language but is not an MBTI assessment and has not been presented as a validated psychological instrument. Do not use it for medical, employment, education, or high-stakes decisions.
